• People don’t talk about it much, but it’s there. The social underground. The stuff we’d like to pretend doesn’t exist, like poverty, unwanted or ignored people groups, the homeless, even the folks at the local nursing home. But in his days on earth, Jesus was right there in the center of the action. Dining with criminals, outcasts and other sinners and showing them real love.
• We aim to expose you to the social underground, to make you think and make you want to become more like Jesus was, reaching out to those in need and being Jesus with skin on to them
• Here’s the catch. We plan them. We tell you when they are. But we won’t tell you where we’re going until you get here that night.

Wednesday Night Small Group

• Wanna know what life with God can really be like? Want answers to tough questions about the Bible? Want to get to know other teens who can relate to you and what you’re going through? This is your chance.
• Join other teens studying and discussing what the Bible says about how what we think impacts how we live and act. Get control of the way you think, asking Jesus to take captive “junk-think” and replace it with right thinking that honors God, and leads to a more joyful, more positive way to live
• Meets Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm in the promiseland room at HVCC
