Sometimes the idea of checking your child into a church nursery can be daunting for both parent and child. We strive to make the transition easy and safe for you and your infant or toddler.

Our nursery for ages 0-3 is located just off our front lobby, down the children’s corridor. You may register your child up to 15 minutes prior to the start of a Sunday service.

When you arrive:

• Remove your child’s shoes and coat. We have cubbies outside the nursery for belongings. We ask that shoes be removed to keep our nursery space tidy.
• Write your child’s name and your name on the check-in sheet.
• You will receive one part of a two-part number tag. The other part gets clipped to your child’s clothing. For safety’s sake, you will need this tag to pick up your child.
• A nursery volunteer will open the nursery door to let your child in. For wary toddlers, mom or dad is always welcome to come in and play for awhile to help with the transition
• We keep the nursery door locked between check-ins and keep all doors closed except when letting children in.
• Once your child is safely checked in, head to the auditorium and enjoy a morning of peaceful worship!

During the service:

• Should your child need you for any reason (if he’s upset or needs a diaper change), we will use your a digital display system to let you know you’re needed in the nursery
• Your tag number if needed, would appear on the screen in front of the auditorium. This lets you know you should proceed to the nursery to assist your child

Picking up your child:

• Proceed to the nursery following the service
• Turn in your tag that corresponds to your child’s tag number
• Please be patient with nursery workers during the hustle and bustle of check-out time. Kids are excited to see mom and dad, but we are careful to take time to ensure a safe check-out procedure
