Hidden Valley is partnering with the United Methodist Church for a Thanksgiving dinner. Volunteers are needed on Wed. Nov 26th as well on Thanksgiving, Nov. 27th. Food items can be dropped off at HVCC before the 26th, or at the United Methodist Churc on the 26th.

Friday, November 21 at 6:30 p.m. Come to Hidden Valley to enjoy the family friendly movie, Wall-e. Bring anything comfy to sit on: pillow, bean bag or sleeping bag. Hidden Valley will supply popcorn as a treat.

The Christmas Basket outreach has started up for this year. Last year's baskets overflowed from your generosity! This year, we're using totes to make transportation of baskets easier. Read on for more details!
The Christmas Basket outreach has started up for this year. We’re happy to say that last year the baskets overflowed from your generosity. This year we’re doing things a little different to make transportation of family baskets easier. The family baskets are now family “totes”. All the other baskets will remain the same as previous years only the family baskets are changing to totes. Wal-Mart donated money to CSI towards the purchase of the totes to help us make the transition from baskets to totes. If the Lord has put it on your heart to donate a complete family basket you can purchase a tote at the information desk for $8.00. That is a $2.40 savings over the Wal-mart price! If you would like to donate a complete Elder, Teen Boy, Child, or Baby basket the lists are available in the white basket on the information desk. If you prefer to donate individual items these will be displayed on the Christmas tree in the lobby starting November 30th. In 2008, HVCC did an outstanding job serving our community in so many ways! The Christmas Basket outreach is our biggest and final outreach of the year. Let’s fill those baskets and watch that empty stack of totes turn into totes full of love and generosity for others in our community. More CSI Events |
