Preschoolers are full of energy, smiles and lots of questions. During this wide-eyed stage of childhood, we aim to prayerfully and joyfully bring children and their families together, and help each member to become like Jesus so they can help their family and neighbors, and share God’s love. All children are cared for in a safe, sanitary and stimulating environment where Christian values are taught and modeled. Hidden Valley Community Church Promiseland Pre-school serves children ages three through five (until kindergarten) during both Sunday services. The people who serve in the preschool program strive to provide excellence in the areas of teaching our children in a safe and secure environment. A typical morning in Promiseland Pre-school involves free play time, music, crafts and snack time. It provides the forum for team-led teaching by volunteers who share God’s word, work with children in both large and small groups, and create fun, age-appropriate activities. We help preschoolers relate Bible lessons to everyday opportunities to obey, share, love, serve and grow closer to God. Preschoolers have the opportunity to explore questions about their relationship with others, God and Jesus, and take the next step toward becoming followers of Christ.
